Overview

Tucklesholme is one of a network of current and former quarries within the ‘Transforming the Trent Valley’ landscape. The vision is for this to become one of the great connected wetland areas in the UK. History Walk around Burton Washlands with Lawrence Oates

Join local amateur Historian, Lawrence Oates, on a guided walk around the Burton Washlands. This 30 minute video will take you on a journey across the Washlands to explore the fascinating history, culture and heritage of this beautiful area at the heart of Burton-upon-Trent.
